What to Expect on Your First Visit
Welcome to Glory Baptist Church! We are so excited that you would join us for worship. Visiting a new church can be challenging and difficult, so we want to make your visit as welcoming as possible. We look forward to meeting you and getting to know you.
Who We Are
We are a friendly, hometown, Bible-believing, Baptist church. As a family church, we welcome people of all ages and seasons of life to worship God together.
Worship Service
Our services are traditional in style. We sing the great hymns of the faith, along with anthems, choruses, and gospel songs that glorify our Savior. Our pastor preaches the Bible, which we hold to be the complete, inerrant, and inspired Word of God. We strive to follow God in whatever way He stirs our hearts, and there is freedom to worship God in spirit and in truth. Our altars are always open.
Dress
There is no dress code at Glory Baptist Church. On any given Sunday you will find people wearing anything from jeans to more traditional “Sunday” dress. Our main goal is that you would feel welcome and comfortable during your visit with us.
Offerings
We don’t invite you to Glory Baptist Church for your offering. We want the worship service to be a blessing to you. Here, we hope you will find a warm and welcoming spirit, declared truth from God’s Word, and a place where you can grow in God’s grace. Please don’t feel any obligation to participate in the offering as a guest.
Nursery
We offer a fully outfitted nursery with nurturing caregivers for children up to age 3 years.
